Ragi Roti/Ragi Adai

Ragi is another healthy, delicious millet and we have a couple of recipes with ragi like idli, dosa, kanji, dessert – but this particular ragi roti recipe is an all-time favourite for our family.

Please watch the video for the detailed recipe – in this video I have just added onion with the four, but grated veggies, spinach can also be mixed with the flour so make a more healthy dish.
